One minute at a time (Be Happy)

Sometimes, it’s hard to face when someone is having a bad day. It’s rough when someone wakes up with a massive headache and they have to face the day anyways. The easy thing to do is wake up complaining, but it really takes will power to affirm what one wants out of their day instead. There are so many things that can go wrong but focusing on these things only bring more bad things. The easiest way to have a better attitude in the midst of the worst days is to find a happy place, in the mind. How does someone do this? Someone should Think of something that makes them smile, or something that makes them laugh. One of my favorite methods is looking up lame jokes, or puns. It doesn’t matter what the method is that someone chooses as long as, they find a way to get to keep smiling. If someone can help it they should stay away from negative, or toxic people if they can. If someone can not escape the negative person they could try and compliment that person a few times and if that does not work I suggest communicating as little as possible to safeguard their own self.

Depression is not an emotion to play around with, and I have been down that road. I have some advice to help with depression, but the best advice, I can give someone that feels like hurting themselves, or someone else is for them them to find someone ( positive) to talk to. When depressed another method to cheer up is, Find a positive song to listen too. They could also do things that make them feel good about themselves. Excercise, is a great mood enhancer, and if that doesn’t work, they can put theirself around other happy people. challenging oneself can be risky but when a big task is finished it can be really rewarding. Sometimes everyone has bad days, and honestly if there wasn’t bad days, the good days would not be as enjoyable. Sometimes when life is coming to fast, and someone feels like they’re going through something they can not get through, they should set aside 15 minutes to stop and meditate. Visualize overcoming the obstacle whether it’s the whole day, the situation, whatever it may be. They should picture in their minds the feeling they would feel as if they were done, and fininished. They should hold on to tight to that feeling. He/she should keep that feeling and meditate on that feeling all throughout life’s challenges. If anyone needs prayer, or anything, write me.
