Stop Whining and Fight To Win

Complaining gets everyone, nowhere. In order to quit bad habits, its going to take a will to win and this means a positive attitude, and a will to win. It takes will to start or quit any habit. Someone has to have a will, to fight, in order to do anything worth doing. I am not condoning fighting Whenever something doesn’t go someone’s way. When someone complains about something, it’s like they are accepting defeat. Never accept defeat there is always hope, if someone messes up they always have the next day. Some people will fight to get their fix, but as soon as life gets hard, with their sobriety, they want to go use again.. they have no gumption to keep theirself motivated. When chasing after something, it takes a fight to catch them. If your not willing to fight for your freedom, what are you willing to fight for.

Complaining is often, the first instinct, when something, doesn’t quite go someone else’s way. Training oneself to stop, and to react positive is a task that going to require work. It means finding your will to win against all odds. Find small easy goals first, this will help build confindence. Learn to take criticism, and turn it into something positive. Remember, when someone is not being positive they are creating negative energy. Take criticism as something to work on instead of as an insult. If it can be avoided, someone must avoid conflict. Some view fight as a negative word, but it can be positive when it pertains to the will. Remember fight is an action word so it can be used as a positive, or a negative word.

Breaking bad habits is a great positive place to start the fight. Remember there is hope for those that seek it. There is a positive solution, to any problem. Part of winning the battle is motivating others. Have you been motivating anyone else today?Motivating someone else, is a good way to motivate oneself. It helps to affirm to someone else, and oneself that positive habits are worth fighting for. This is a fight I know we can win.

  2. Great and motivational. So many need to grasp this concept. Too many expect to be fed as babies and given all they need/want for life, but just as that newborn had to fight to get out of the womb so it could grow and thrive in its new life, so must we all. … Thank you for sharing, and thanks for the text follow! 😊

    1. I appreciate the kind words. So many people think that breaking bad habits is simple just quit and it over. It takes steps most people use some sort of habit to ignore a problem. When they get a few habits and decide to quit all these problems they’ve been avoiding come back to haunt them and a lot of times they just start using again. I always enjoy feedback.

    Hi JD

Thanks for the follow *, as the reason I write is to share.
    * (Though my family and close friends say it would be far more entertaining with a video-camera # in “real life”, rather than in cyberspace!)

    # By the way, do they still make them in today’s ever-faster changing world..or is it all done with mobile phones?

(get with the times now,”luddite”* c – it should be a smart phone)

    * or so I was often called by my “my techno-geek” friend, Bill (“the gonk”)

“total non-techno” c (who doesn’t possess a mobile phone, after a rather eventful’ experience some years back, whilst trying to walk, talk and chew gum at the same time)

    Who says men can’t multi-task!

    Kind regards
