Remember the analogy, when someone has been avoiding challenges, it’s easy to get a bad attitude, and give up. Bad attitudes can have a ripple affect, because a bad attitude can, and will spread to others, through energy. This can cause, not only the person with the bad habit🚬💊💉 to fail, but can also, cause someone else to relapse. This is why it is important to keep the attitude to oneself. When someone feels even close to angry it’s important to remain calm and reassess the situation. There are some strategies to use to help face difficult challenges and come out on top. The first strategy is baby🐣 steps, or crawl. Take the smallest challenges first this will give the confidence to face the big ones. The second is to ask for help.
