Life is full of obstacles, and it’s important to learn from them, instead of stunting one’s own growth. A bad attitude is like a poison that can alter someone’s whole day and can even have a ripple affecting more people than anyone could ever realize. Without obstacles and challenges it’s very hard to grow and rise above the situations someone may face. Learning to face challenges can seem like a lot for someone, especially when they are dealing with withdrawals, or trying to quit a habit in general. Sometimes when someone has used or had bad habits in general they used it to ignore situations. Situations are a part of life and if someone uses for years those situations can trigger any person that is not ready to jump back in to the challenges of life.

When someone is a toddler,👶 they have to learn to crawl, before they can walk. The same thing happens, after someone has been addicted, to a bad habit for years. It’s important to realize, that people use bad habits, to relieve stress, or maybe even ignore challenges, they may find to difficult. There is hope. It’s important to realize there is always hope. Remember the analogy, when someone has been avoiding challenges, it’s easy to get a bad attitude, and give up. Bad attitudes can have a ripple affect, because a bad attitude can, and will spread to others, through energy. This can cause, not only the person with the bad habit🚬💊💉 to fail, but can also, cause someone else to relapse. This is why it is important to keep the attitude to oneself. When someone feels even close to angry it’s important to remain calm and reassess the situation. There are some strategies to use to help face difficult challenges and come out on top. The first strategy is baby🐣 steps, or crawl. Take the smallest challenges first this will give the confidence to face the big ones. The second is to ask for help. Asking for help, is not a sign of weakness, going back to the bad habit is. The final strategy is to go all out and attack the challenge🏟️. Remember a challenge will never be conquered without taking a shot at it. The most important step, is to get back up, and keep going if one fails they can always keep going until they give up. I am here if anyone needs to talk or pray. is a better email to use

First of all I want to say terrific blog! I
had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you do not mind.

I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to
writing. I have had a hard time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out there.
I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just seems
like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints?
    Many thanks!

    1. The best thing about writing to me is I love it. I understand where your coming from because I too once had writer’s block. The best advice is to first find a quiet place it’s important to meditate and pray if you are religious. If not religious meditation works too. If this doesn’t work find something that inspires you and that always works for me. I’m inspired by other people that are breaking bad habits, because I have had the same troubles. I hope my answers have inspired you some. Maybe I will see your writing really soon.

  3. Good points here. It’s very true that people to turn to their addictions as a response to stress.

I also like your point that a bad attitude is contagious. We tend to think that our attitude is no one’s business but our own (at least, I used to think so), but our private thoughts and emotions definitely have a real impact on the people around us. It’s an awesome responsibility to know that we help to create an environment for the people we live with.

    1. Thank you I plan on writing more on the subject soon. I really appreciate you, for taking the time to contribute. Your thoughts are definitely most appreciated, and I look forward, to hearing from you, in the future.
