So many days roll by in which it feels impossible to stay positive. There are so many forces working around us each day that it’s easy to misunderstand people, places, or things. One trick to prevent circumstances not to ruin a positive attitude is to practice staying positive and happy when things are not going well. There are things that are uncontrollable and it is pointless to get upset at them. Learning to not get upset over these will help the day along. Staying positive also means no complaining. It is a very different outcome when someone changes every part of the day to be positive. The results are amazing.

I'm an energetic, go getter and I'm constantly learning and striving to make a better life for myself, my wife, and our three adopted kids.
