Can someone quit without rehab

Addiction is a ugly thing, and it is my goal to help others, because addiction has affected everyone I know in one way or another. The number one goal for this post is to let everyone know that there is hope. I am not perfect, I am far from it, but I have found tips to quit some really nasty habits without going to rehab. The first thing is I had to want to quit. This is very important, because until the desire to use is gone the user will find a way.

The second thing to realize is that companies use marketing strategies to control our minds which can even be applied to drugs. Have you ever heard that a cigarette is better after sex? Think about where that statement might have came from? Living healthier feels even better than a cigarette take it from someone that smoked cigarettes for over 20 years. I’m free from cigarettes and 9 months ago I never would believe I would be done.

Eventually people will wake up and realize these habits control me I’m sick ot it. Get sick of all the money wasted on habits. Keep track of what it cost health wise also. How many days can someone go since they could go without something controlling their day?
